My journey in the automotive field started at Toyota Libya through the DYT program, where I joined as a trainee with a strong ambition to grow within the industry. The program provided valuable hands-on experience and introduced me to professional standards within a Toyota-authorized environment.

After completing the program, I was offered the role of Service Advisor at Sarab Company. That same year, I was proud to be awarded Champion of the National Skills Contest, reflecting the skills I developed during both my training and early career.
With continuous effort and a focus on self-development, I advanced within the company and was later promoted to After Sales Manager, marking a significant step forward in my career.

I joined the third cohort of the DYT program in 2013, together with a group of ambitious trainees eager to build their future careers. My interest in automotive mechanics started at a young age, inspired by my father’s work, but the DYT program helped me transform that passion into practical skills through structured training and hands-on experience.

After graduating at the end of 2013, I received a job offer from Toyota Libya in the Field Operations department, and I officially began my career in April 2014.
Since then, I have been working within the Value Chain department, where I have continued to grow and gain valuable experience. Being part of Toyota has allowed me to develop both professionally and personally in a collaborative and quality-driven environment.
